Terms & Conditions

Welcome to 961home. These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the 961home website and mobile application (collectively, the “Platform”) and any orders placed through it.

By accessing, registering, or placing an order on the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.


If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.


Eligibility and Account Use

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform.

• Each user may register one account only.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted through your account.

• 961home reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts at its sole discretion, including in cases of misuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms.


Orders, Pricing, and Payment

• All products are subject to availability.

• All orders placed on the Platform are subject to availability and acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or suspected fraud.

• Prices are displayed on the Platform in U.S. dollars and/or Lebanese pounds and include any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated and may change without notice.

• Payments may be made via available online payment methods or Cash on Delivery (COD), where applicable.

• In the event that a buyer refuses to pay a COD order that accurately reflects the value and specifications of the original purchase, 961home reserves the right to decline any future service to the buyer. At its sole discretion, 961home may also take legal action where such behavior is deemed detrimental to its operations.

• Online payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. 961home does not store full card details.


Buyer Protection

The Platform is committed to ensuring customer satisfaction and providing protection for eligible purchases. Buyer protection applies in the following specific cases:

• The item received is damaged upon delivery.

• The wrong item is delivered.

• The item does not match the specifications as described at the time of purchase.

• The item or order are not delivered, although payment has been made. To be eligible, the customer must contact 961home customer service within one (1) day of receiving the order, or within three (3) days of the scheduled delivery date in case of non-delivery.

If 961home determines the claim to be valid, the necessary steps will be taken to resolve it. In cases where the item is damaged, incorrect, or does not match the description, we will arrange for its collection. Depending on item availability and the customer’s preference, we will then proceed with either a full refund or a replacement delivery. This guarantee is offered by the Platform " to ensure buyers that their purchase is protected and to rest assured that they will receive exactly what they paid for. In cases of non-delivery despite confirmed payment, a refund or redelivery will be issued depending on item availability and the customer’s preference.


Delivery Policy

• Orders are delivered within an average of three (3) working days from order confirmation, depending on location and operational conditions.

• Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.

• If the delivery information provided by the customer is inaccurate, the estimated delivery time may be extended.

• Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery.


Cancellation Policy

• Orders may be cancelled only if they have not yet been prepared.

• Once an order is prepared or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

• To request a cancellation, customers must contact customer support immediately after placing the order.

• If a buyer is found to be engaging in repeated order cancellations or any other pattern of behavior considered abusive or disruptive, the Platform reserves the right, without prior notice, to disable the buyer’s account and revoke any previously accumulated benefits under the loyalty program.


Returns, Exchange & Refunds

• All sales are final.

• No returns, exchanges, or refunds are accepted once an order has been delivered.

The Platform accepts exchanges once an order has been delivered only for the following specific items. Exchange for size is applicable only to Baby and Adult Diapers. Customers may request an exchange for a different size within the same product range and brand, provided all of the following conditions are met.

• Requests for exchange must be submitted to 961home customer service within three (3) days from the date of delivery.

• Items must be unused, in their original sealed packaging, and in the same condition as received.

• Products with missing components, opened packaging, or tampered barcodes are not eligible for exchange.

• 961home reserves the right to inspect items prior to approving any exchange.


User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful purposes

• Place orders with no intent to receive them

• Interfere with the Platform’s systems or security

• Copy, distribute, or misuse Platform content

961home reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or suspend accounts without notice in such cases.


Communications

By using the Platform, you consent to receive electronic communications from 961home, including order updates and service notifications. You may opt out of promotional communications at any time.


Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including logos, text, images, and software, is the property of 961home and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.


Limitation of Liability

The Platform and all services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, 961home shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.


Privacy

Your use of the Platform is subject to our Privacy Policy, which governs the collection and processing of your personal data.


Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lebanon. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively before the competent courts of Beirut, unless otherwise required by law.


Amendments

961home may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
